Alt Penedès. Protected Designation of Origin Penedès. From our own vineyards in our family estates,Montargull and La Caseta (Avinyonet del Penedès).
PRODUCTION AND AGEING
Entirely own harvest. Hand picked with grape selection in the vineyard itself.
A first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Once bottled, a second natural fermentation occurs, giving off carbon dioxide which slowly integrates in the cava throughout the ageing process.
It has undergone an ageing of 24 months in the bottle.
Xarel.lo, Chardonnay and Parellada. ECOLOGICAL.
